WE Make hydraulic hoses

McRandal Fluid Power is a supplier of hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial hoses and supplies. We custom-make all types of hoses including domestic and foreign hydraulic hoses on such brands as Caterpiller®, Kubota®, and Komatsu.

We primarily use Jason/Megadyne Hydraulic and Industrial Hoses for air and water, chemicals, cleaning, welding and food, for construction, manufacturing, mining, agriculture and transportation — from low pressure to very high pressure applications. We carry Goodyear Hydraulic hoses and fittings, thermoplastic hoses, grease gun hoses and jack hoses.

McRandal Fluid Power is fully stocked on most fitting types and sizes up to 2″ in JIC, NPT, British, JIS, SAE, Flat Face, Komatsu, Din Light and Din Heavy for both 2 and 4 wire hose.

We are able to make custom bent tubes up to 2 inch ID and install welded or flared ends on tube.

CUSTOM MADE ORING & BSPP SEAL KITS

McRandal Fluid Power has custom made O-Ring kits with ORB and ORFS O-Rings as well as Metric & British Bonded Seal kits. We also offer a made up kit of the basic BSP Copper washer kits.

Code 61/62 Hose Adapters

The cost of replacing expensive Code 61/Code 62 hoses every time you have a hose failure got you down? We now have a less expensive cost saver option. We presently stock Male JIC to Code61/Code 62 adapters. We can make you a JIC hose with the adapters and the next time you have a hose failure, just remove the adapters and bring the JIC hose to be replaced. It will save you money in the long run and the adapters will last a lifetime!

HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS, PUMPS & MOTOR REPAIRS AND REBUILDS AVAILABLE

We are partnered with several vendors including Yates Industries to meet all you cylinder needs from new cylinders or we can have your existing cylinder evaluated and repaired with generally a 3 week or less turn around . Call for details!

Hydraulics

Our custom made hydraulic hoses are second to none in quality and price! We stock a variety of hoses from 100r2, 100r16, 100r17 and our new 100r19 braided hoses as well as 100r12, 100r13, 100r15; 4sh and 4sp 4-wire spiral hose. we can make hoses up through 1/4″ to 2″ inch. Some bigger if required.

Bent Tube - Flaring and welded ends

We carry large variety of Stainless and Carbon steel tubing up to 2″ ID to meet your mechanical needs from Hydraulics to water and even pneumatics. We also can custom bend up to 2″ and put flared tube ends or welded tube ends to meet your needs. Many sizes and thread types available. Call or stop for advise and to check on products.
