TIM McRandal - PRESIDENT & CEO
Tim is a graduate of Gannon University with an engineering degree. After working several years in the fluid power industry; Tim took his experience in sales and engineering; working for some of the industries leaders to open his own company. Tim can always offer an objective and professional opinion of your fluid power questions.
JEFF JONES - OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jeff has a 2 year business degree. With experience in the landscaping, industrial, automotive and IT fields. Jeff has been working for over 6 years in the fluid power industry and can be helpful in identifying with our customers processes, invoicing and ordering questions while helping to manage and attend to their needs.
HAMNER WILLIAMS - SALES MANAGER
Hamner comes to McRandal Fluid Power after working in sales for Procter Gamble for 12 years. Hamner’s extensive sales experience will be an asset while assisting our customers. Hamner has spent time working in our shop during his training to learn the ins and outs of hydraulics and the construction of our customer hoses and the many different fittings and thread types and industrial supplies we offer here at McRandal Fluid Power.
JIM REESMAN - SHOP MANAGER
Jim comes to us with a background in Hydraulics via the US Army Reserve. Jim served a tour in Iraq and worked in the Hydraulics shop while over there. It is pretty safe to say he has seen a lot and has the knowledge to come up with a solution to most Hydraulic hose and fittings issues and needs. Jim has progressed nicely into the manager we have always wanted. His inventory control skills have kept our pricing competitive with our competitors. Jim enjoys working in the Industrial Supply field. Fun fact – Jim recently got excepted to Penn State University to study in the engineering and business fields!
NOAH YOUNG - HOSE TECH
Noah joined our MFP family in August of 2022. He has been a great asset to our company under Jim’s tutoring and has a strong understanding of the custom hoses we produce. He has become proficient in creating bent tubes and resolving customer issues. His problem solving skills are an asset to us all. Fun fact; Noah is an accomplished musician; specializing in his favorite the bassoon. He regularly plays in local productions when his number is called.
SERGIO BENITEZ - PURCHASING / INSIDE SALES
Sergio comes to us after spending time working in the insurance industry as well as several other job in the local area. With skills he has learned from the insurance industry, Sergio is proficient in quoting out jobs to our many customers and keeping track of our inventory while interfacing with our many vendors. Sergio’s family came here from Venezuela and speaks Spanish fluently which help interface with our many customers from South America. Fun fact: Sergio enjoys camping while also learning and competing in MMA competitions.
